Bok Choy Stir Fry

Bok choy is one of my favorite greens. I love the crispness and the tangy taste. But it's hard to find great ways to cook it. But lo and behold, I stopped by a local farm stand and they had snap peas and baby bok Choy! So I made stir fry.
