Immune Help

  1. Clean diet. low sugar, low alcohol, no artificial foods

  2. During the flu season I recommend to my patients, vitamin C 1000mg/day, D3 1000IU/day, Zinc picolinate 45mg/day and Selenium 100mcg/day

  3. End showers with cool spray

  4. Get restful 8 hours of sleep per night

  5. Light exercise daily to move legs/lymph

  6. Lemon water to alkalinize the body

  7. Astragalus tincture or tea to support the immune system

  8. Mushrooms like Reishi, Maitake & Chaga are great immune boosters

  9. Anti-Plague Remedy (see my next post for this recipe)

Active Infection Immune Help

  1. Stay home and rest

  2. Lemon balm & Licorice teas

  3. Echinacea, Astragalus, Osha. Only take Echinacea when you are sick.

  4. Mushrooms: Reishi, Maitake, Shitake

  5. Vitamin C to bowel tolerance (see my upcoming post about Vitamin C)

  6. Magic Socks nightly (see my next post about Magic Socks)
