Immune Help
Clean diet. low sugar, low alcohol, no artificial foods
During the flu season I recommend to my patients, vitamin C 1000mg/day, D3 1000IU/day, Zinc picolinate 45mg/day and Selenium 100mcg/day
End showers with cool spray
Get restful 8 hours of sleep per night
Light exercise daily to move legs/lymph
Lemon water to alkalinize the body
Astragalus tincture or tea to support the immune system
Mushrooms like Reishi, Maitake & Chaga are great immune boosters

Active Infection Immune Help
Stay home and rest
Lemon balm & Licorice teas
Echinacea, Astragalus, Osha. Only take Echinacea when you are sick.
