Week 24- Starland, Hanover MA

Super Fun Aunt Day! This is what we call it when we take our niece out for a fun day. This time we went to Starland.

When I was a kid Starland was a kid Mecca. They had go-carts and mini golf ,with the windmill, and a driving range. they may have also had batting cages but I hated baseball so I don't remember.

Now they have that and even more, an arcade, trampoline, climbing wall ,laser tag, bumper cars and more. We got the package deal and rode the go-carts 3 times.

It was one of the hottest days of the summer so I couldn't stand in the sun long enough to play the course. I almost melted standing in line for the go-carts. After living in Phoenix my tolerance for sun is next to nothing. We'll have to do that another time.

We had a blast though pseudo racing each other at 10 miles per hour. We also went in and played some fun games at the arcade. Bowling was our favorite. It's best when we can rack up a bunch of points so Carly can pick something nice from the toy wall.

There was plenty of hand sanitizer around and it was pretty empty on a weekday so if you're looking for something to do during Covid this may be a good idea.

Hopefully we will be able to enjoy the Marshfield Fair in a couple of weeks too as our family is into having fun-safe fun, but fun none the less.
