If you're looking for a a great way to end your day that also adds health then look no further. Castor oil is from the castor bean on the castor tree. The leaves are such that it looks like a hand. People call it the Palma Christi or hand of Christ, as it is believed that he used this amazing oil to help heal the sick.
It is a great oil that actually goes through the dermis, bottom layer of the skin. It helps the skin feel soft, thins lymph, decreases inflammation and can even help with bowel movements.
DO NOT TAKE THIS INTERNALLY as it is a painful stimulating laxative.
When you use this pack topically it can help you feel calmer due to the warmth on your belly but it is doing so much more! You can also use topically for inflamed joint. I will post more on this later.
Contraindications: Do not use heat with uterine growths, heavy bleeding, pregnancy and ulcers or while menstruating. Do not fall asleep while using the electric heating pad.

When you are done for the night you can fold it up, place it in the container and in the fridge to use again
Before your next use you can take it out and bring it to room temp on the counter.
Add a tsp-tbls of castor oil and apply again.
This same flannel can be used up to 6 months if taken care of properly. It can be reused until it starts looking old or changes smell. Don’t use it if it smells rancid.
Optional Simple Method:
Spread castor oil directly on abdomen and cover with towel. Put on an old shirt and go to bed or take a hot shower and wash your stomach last.
